As Kansans, we take pride in the strength of our public structures. Our highway system encourages healthy state and local economies. Our school system prepares some of the best and brightest students in the nation. And, our public health system ensures a safe food and water supply for all of us.
The strength of those public structures relies upon our ability, as a state, to respond to new opportunities and challenges.
