2. Works to prevent the enactment of legislation that would implement statutory tax and expenditure limitations. This includes a so-called "taxpayers' bill of rights" (TABOR) and measures requiring a super-majority vote of the Legislature.

3. Educates its members and the public about the harmful affects that TELs and TABOR would have on the Kansas way of life.
